Dan has a lifetime of experience in commercial real estate development, sales, leasing, property management, land acquisition, investment and syndication. He co-founded Irwin & Hendrick in 1979. Before that, he worked with Court Square Realty, Westland Realty & Development, the University of Colorado Foundation and Prudential Insurance Company. He also served as President of the Boulder Commercial Marketing Committee. Dan earned a B.S. in Business Marketing with honors from the University of Colorado, Boulder.

Since 1977, Phil has managed real estate, banking and business operations throughout the greater Boulder area. He co-founded Irwin & Hendrick in 1979, as well as two other real estate companies. Active in development, Phil currently acts as a management principal in various commercial / industrial and residential projects including golf course properties. Phil earned his business / marketing degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder.

Sallie began her commercial real estate career in 1990 offering services including owner representation, tenant representation, promotional material direction, statistical analysis, space planning and property management.

Chris has been a commercial real estate practitioner since 1993 and specializes in office / retail / industrial sales and leasing and single tenant investment opportunities. An active member of the local brokerage community since 1999, Chris brings fresh and innovative ideas to buyers, sellers and tenants alike.

Since 1979, Barbara was involved in corporate and entrepreneurial sales in the healthcare industry throughout the US. Choosing to refocus her career to a local market, she joined Irwin & Hendrick, Ltd. in 2000 becoming active in Boulder County commercial real estate, working in all aspects of leasing and sales of commercial properties.

Blake has worked for five years in commercial real estate brokerage, including development, construction and maintenance. He has managed Irwin & Hendrick’s Frederick office since 1999.

Linda has been involved with commercial property management since 1981 and has been with Irwin & Hendrick since 1986. She is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), having earned the “CPM” designation in 1993. She is also a licensed Broker.

Jon has worked in both commercial and residential investments in the states of California and Colorado since 1986. He earned his CCIM designation in 1998. Jon holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado and a Masters degree from UCLA.

A Colorado native, Leslie came to Boulder in 1985 and is a graduate from the University of Colorado. Leslie worked as an appraiser for 7 years and in 2003 became a licensed broker for the state of Colorado. Leslie is committed to her client via thoughtful and focused purpose. She finds the best possible properties for each client’s unique business or residential needs.

Michael has over 22 years experience in commercial real estate—including leasing and sales, land acquisition and development, and property management. He started his real estate career with Grubb & Ellis in 1986 in their San Fernando Valley office. He moved to Longmont in 1994 to become Pratt Development’s Director of Marketing for their two million square foot portfolio. He has been with Irwin & Hendrick since 2002. Michael earned his B.A. in economics from the State University of New York, and his MBA from Bentley College..
